1. Acceptance of Terms
By ordering, activating, or using any VRIZON service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any service-specific addendums provided at the time of purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
VRIZON provides internet access, wireless connectivity, business voice solutions, managed networking, and related telecommunications products. Specific features, speeds, and availability depend on your location and selected plan.
3. Service Eligibility
Services are subject to availability, technical feasibility, and credit approval where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Billing and Payment
Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may incur fees and could result in service suspension. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and regulatory surcharges.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use VRIZON services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access to other networks, distribution of malicious software, harassment, infringement of intellectual property, and any activity that interferes with the integrity of our network.
6. Equipment
Equipment provided by VRIZON (modems, mesh nodes, ONTs, IP phones) remains the property of VRIZON unless explicitly sold to you. You are responsible for the safekeeping of provided equipment and agree to return it in good condition upon service termination.
7. Service Levels and Speeds
Advertised speeds represent maximum technical capabilities. Actual performance may vary based on equipment, signal conditions, network congestion, and other factors outside our reasonable control. Business plans may include specific SLAs as outlined in their service order.
8. Termination and Cancellation
Residential services may be canceled at any time by calling 1-888-504-0954. Business contracts follow the termination terms stated in their service agreement. VRIZON may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, fraud, or violation of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VRIZON's liability arising from or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
VRIZON services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except those that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VRIZON harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of services, violation of these terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which VRIZON's principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or on our website.
